5 stars all across the board. It was my first time here with my cousins and everything was phenomenal. The food and our servers (Alex and Brian) were amazing. It felt really personable, they were chatting us up and overall super friendly and asking us a lot of questions and checking up on us constantly. The sushi was so incredibly good, it was buttery and soft and my favorite has to be the salmon belly my cousin recommended me. She let me and her brother try the nigiri flight as our first time being here and Chris, the owner, was super kind enough to give her and her boyfriend a taste of the new fish they had and I found that incredibly kind cause not many places do that. I told my cousin I would legitimately come here every month JUST for the sushi alone. I would high recommend this place to anybody, the service, the atmosphere, the FOOD was incredible. I really enjoyed my experience!

From start to finish our dinner at Isekai was fantastic. We were greeted immediately and got a table in Brian’s section. Brian quickly asked if we’d been there before, how we’d heard about the restaurant and if he could help us with anything. Super friendly and great service. Even if the food wasn’t incredible, I’d come back just because of him! We started with the Twin Bao and Artisan dumplings, both were delicious. The Bao was filled well and the dumpling filling was super tender. Then we did the Nigiri flight which had SO MANY FRESH, DELICIOUS AND FLAVORFUL bites. Can’t say enough about this. It’s also priced really well since it’s comes with the 12 pieces and a miso soup or salad. Then we had a Smoke the Dragon roll which was so good I forgot to get a picture and a classic hosomaki role with tuna that was fatty but still had a good bite to it. I was blown away by this experience and it wasn’t pretentious or stuffy. Loved it and we’ll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic experience at this sushi restaurant. It was on a Friday evening - early, and then it suddenly got crowded. Zoe was our server, and she was excellent. This is the best sushi in Tampa - hands down! It’s fresh, with unique offerings that are not Americanized.

Went here on a Saturday at around 6-7pm and it was pretty busy! It’s a small place so best for small parties. It was just two of us luckily so we got seating right away. Actually been here before and really liked the food so wanted to come again! We started off with the wakame seaweed salad and it was pretty good and refreshing! Also got a thai tea and it was okay. Then got the spicy tuna roll and smoke the dragon roll. The spicy salmon roll came out pretty quickly but the smoke the dragon roll took about 10 minutes to come out. You can tell the fish is fresh and good quality though, it’s delicious! Love the atmosphere of the place and the service was amazing! Plenty of parking since it’s in a plaza. Would love to come back again!

Such a fun lunch spot with an Isekai/anime theme that doesn’t skip on quality! My boyfriend and I came in for the lunch special — he got the iced coffee, I had the iced tea, and we both added a seaweed salad and a house salad with ginger dressing on the side. For rolls, I went with the spicy salmon and he tried the Yellow Wolf — both were excellent, and you could really tell the fish was fresh. We loved seeing the sourcing board by the door breaking down exactly where everything comes from — it’s a nice touch of transparency you don’t see everywhere. You can tell owner Chris really knows his sushi! Love the Polaroid wall too — such a cute way to leave your mark on the place! Honestly, $11-15 for this quality of lunch is unheard of these days. Such a great value. Service was incredible from start to finish. Ask for DK when you go — he took great care of us! Will definitely be back. 🍣
